Pedestrian Advisory Browns Vs. Eagles Home Game

The Division of Police recommends that fans attending the Browns vs. Eagles game Friday evening avoid using Mall C to access Browns Stadium due to the Medical Mart construction project.  Fans are encouraged to use West 3rd Street or E. 9th Street as alternative routes to the stadium. Jaywalking and walking on roadways is dangerous and strictly prohibited.  The public is reminded that it is important to continue to obey traffic laws relating to pedestrians at all times. Sidewalks and crosswalks shall be utilized when available and pedestrians shall follow the instructions of traffic control personnel. Individuals in violation of pedestrian traffic codes can be cited.
