Police Seek the Public’s Help in Locating Abduction Suspect

The Cleveland Division of Police fifth district detective bureau is currently investigating an abduction incident which occurred on January 6, 2015 at approximately 9:00pm in the 12800 block of Paxton Road.  The preliminary investigation states that the 14 year old female victim was walking in the area when she was approached by a male from behind who forced her into a vehicle.  The suspect began driving with the victim, but the victim was able to jump out of the vehicle as it slowed in traffic.  She then fled on foot.  The victim did not sustain any injuries.

The suspect is described as a black male, 30s or 40s, 6’4” tall,  250 pounds, with a dark complexion and a full beard.  The suspect was wearing black work boots and a white t-shirt.  The suspect’s vehicle is described as an early 2000’s white four door Ford Taurus with tinted windows and a temporary tag.
