The Homicide Unit has obtained an arrest warrant for 23 year old Donnell Lindsey aka Lionel, Lonell, Nell, c/w the homicide of three year old Major Howard. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact investigators at 216-623-5464. Anonymous information can be provided via crimestoppers.
