Kids and Guns Part Three: 15 Year Old Male Arrested With .32 Revolver

Kids and Guns Part Three:

The Cleveland Division of Police Third District Detective Bureau is currently investigating a case of Carrying a Concealed Weapon/Possession of a Defaced Firearm/Obstruction of Justice incident involving a 16 year old male and a .32 Revolver.

Officers responded to East 94th Street and Ansel for shots fired. A short time later it was learned that a house on East 94th Street had been shot up and a group of teenaged males ran from the scene. While touring for the males, the arrested juvenile was seen walking in the area, he was displaying characteristics of a person carrying a gun in his waistband. Officers attempted to stop the male to question him, he ran, an officer pursued and the juvenile took a gun from his waistband and threw it on the ground. He was arrested without incident a short time later.

The 16 year old male was taken to the Detention Center and was accepted. He will be charged and appear in Juvenile Court.
