The Cleveland Division of Police Accident Investigation Unit is currently investigating a hit skip incident involving a 7 year old child which occurred on November 10, 2015 at approximately 3pm at West 150th Street and Coe Avenue.

Information obtained relative to this investigation indicates that the suspect vehicle may be a 2011 – 2012 Chevrolet Cruz, dark colored (gray). The vehicle may have damage to the right front fender area.  Investigators request that those working in vehicle body shops report any vehicles matching this description with this damage.

The Cleveland Division of Police Accident Investigation Unit is currently investigating a hit skip incident involving a 7 year old child which occurred on November 10, 2015 at approximately 3pm at West 150th Street and Coe Avenue.

The 7 year old boy was crossing West 150th Street at Coe Avenue with the pedestrian cross light in his favor when the suspect auto, travelling southbound on West 150th Street ran the red light at Coe Avenue and struck him. The auto then fled the scene southbound on West 150th Street. The suspect auto was described as a dark colored sedan; no further description is currently available. The boy was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment of head and rib injuries.
