The Cleveland Division of Police Bureau of Community Policing Presents:
R.A.D. Systems of Self-Defense
The R.A.D. Systems of Self-Defense offers programs for women, children and seniors.
This three week program provides a holistic approach to self defense education. Sessions are on Saturdays and are four hours each, ending with a voluntary simulation to apply techniques learned. Participants are asked to bring a water bottle and towel and wear athletic apparel to the sessions.

Classes will be held at Estabrook Recreation Center, 4125 Fulton Road on October 15th, 22nd, and 29th, 2016 from 10:30am until 2:30pm.
