Juvenile has been identified.
Attached is a photo of an unknown b/m juvenile found walking on W130 th street today at approximately 12:30am. He is approximately 9/10 yrs old and was walking in the rain wearing a t-shirt and shorts, no shoes. Officers stopped him as he walked down the I-71 on ramp, he was unresponsive and unable to answer any questions. Victim possibly experiencing an unknown medical emergency. Victim was initially conveyed to Fairview Hospital by EMS, and later transferred to Cleveland Clinic Juv ICU. Anyone with information is asked to call Cleveland Police at 216-621-1234.
