Police seek the public’s help in locating David C. Witcher AKA Lil Dave. Witcher is wanted for the May 9, 2017 homicide of David A. Anderson who was found shot to death at 10538 Elmarge. Witcher is a 30 year old black male. he is 5’1, 174 pounds. Suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information can contact homicide investigators at 216-623-5464.
